Located in the Sterling Center, Ranch Social was our first amenity and remains our most tangible example of community.

Entirely redesigned for 2025, it feels like a warm urban haunt with a coffeehouse vibe in the morning, morphing into a festive open-air wine bar and taphouse in time for happy hour. Sink into cushy chairs and comfortable couches by the fireplace, gather around a table with friends, around the outdoor firepit or grab a seat on the covered outdoor patio overlooking the sculptural log playground. Yes, your kids can play while you relax. Hungry? Dinner is as easy (and tasty) as stepping up to the day’s food truck.

Atlas Coffee and Salta Wine & Cocktail Bar
Atlas Coffee, started by a local husband-and-wife team, is your morning go-to for craft coffee, espresso drinks and tea, complemented with delicious homemade treats like breakfast burritos, fresh-baked pastries, and paninis. Try the nitro float, cold brew with a scoop of Lucky Mary’s ice cream. In the evening, Atlas transforms into Salta — a relaxed wine and cocktail bar serving curated drinks and light pairings, including shareable plates and charcuterie. Good conversation is on the menu day or night.
