Travel by trail
A comprehensive trail system is designed into the Sterling Ranch plan, crossing through and looping around the entire community so that every home is a trailhead, connected to other villages, parks, open space and beyond to surrounding recreational destinations. The network features a variety of trail types — from natural surface to smooth pavement — accommodating a variety of ways to get around. Horseback riders, cyclists, runners, hikers, walkers, skaters and strollers all have miles of trail for their preferred mode of transportation. All while cars stay neatly parked where they belong.
restored to its
Colorado glory
Open space
Approximately 1,500 acres — more than 30% of Sterling Ranch — are dedicated to parks, trails and open space, including restored natural areas and Sterling Gulch and Willow Creek wildlife corridors. Because in Colorado, we understand that the things we don’t build are just as important as the things we do.
