Ranch Social

Located in Sterling Center, the newly renovated Ranch Social is the community’s original hub and community touchstone. Home to Atlas Coffee, Salta Wine & Cocktail Bar and Living the Dream Brewing, it’s a place to gather, grab coffee in the morning, and enjoy happy hour with your neighbors at the end of the day. Residents gather here for events like trivia and bingo nights, daily food trucks, and live music. Just steps away, the Agora Market makes it easy to grab a quick snack, a drink, or something to keep you fueled for the day. It’s also a great place to start your tour — to grab a beverage and pop into the new Info Center before heading out to the model homes.

The Sterling Center

In addition to Ranch Social, the Sterling Center features our Info Center, where you start your search for a new home with the help of a Sterling Ranch Ambassador before heading out for a model tour. The Sterling Center also brings much needed health services closer to home, including UC Health, Lake Family Dental, Sterling Eyecare, and Rave Spa & Medical Clinic.

Sterling Ranch kids benefit from early childhood education at Primrose School right here in the community, a well-rounded curriculum in the Douglas County School District, and an environment that inspires lifelong curiosity thanks to abundant open space and a high-achieving population. Now open in Ascent Village, John Adams Academy serves grades K–8 and will expand one grade each year to become a full K–12 program. And in time for the 2027–2028 school year, a new DougCo Schools Pre-K–5 elementary school will welcome 750 students in Providence Village.
