Sterling Ranch has achieved not only the top-selling master-planned community in the Denver-metro area for the 4th year running, but also the top spot in the state of Colorado, according to sales data from Zonda (formerly Metrostudy). Sterling Ranch also ranked in the top 50 best-selling master-planned communities by two independent national studies. John Burns Real Estate Consulting placed Sterling Ranch at number 39 in the nation and RCLCO placed Sterling Ranch at number 43 in the nation. Both studies (along with Zonda) ranked Sterling Ranch as the top-selling master-planned community in Colorado. In 2023, home builders in Sterling Ranch closed with 432 home buyers, outpacing the entire Colorado market. Sterling Ranch is humbled and grateful for these accolades, and attributes much of its success to the desire of people to be close to the mountains while walkable to a future urban environment within the master-planned community.
